You will act as the counterpart to our internal stakeholders, transmitting their thoughts into conversational design in Artificial Intelligence toolsets. You will also monitor how these bots perform and continuously improve their “brains”. Your work: Design and develop great conversational experiences for customer-facing chatbots Create conversational trees and make them (a)live using state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence tooling Work with internal and external customers to transform their thoughts into conversations Create and monitor automated conversational test suites Use Conversational eXperience (CX) framework to maintain great quality Draw insights from conversational analytics to keep improving the bots Contribute to development of NLP culture in DPDHL Proactively look for improvements that take the robot out of the human and help server our customers better Advise on the best conversational approach for both text and voice experiences Communicate with colleagues across the world, lead presentations, workshops and trainings What do we expect from you?
Your Mission As part of our AI platform team, you will: Work closely with AI Solution Architects, AI Engineers, and cross-functional technical teams to design, develop, and implement AI solutions across our products and services.Build and maintain a scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure for our AI platform while continuously expanding your expertise in cloud services.Translate business requirements into functional AI solutions — guided by experienced colleagues in an agile development environment.Develop and maintain integrations between our AI platform (e.g., Conversational AI) and internal systems to support diverse business needs.Create demos and proof-of-concepts that showcase AI capabilities and promote AI adoption within the company.Act as a technical expert for our agentic AI platform, supporting other teams in leveraging AI and building their own solutions.
As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities: You drive the adoption of AI across the entire organization and ensure that it delivers measurable business value.You empower business units through role‑based trainings, awareness sessions, demos, and open office hours focused on the safe and effective use of AI.You identify high‑value AI use cases by working closely with teams and gaining a deep understanding of their processes, tasks, and challenges.You design and define suitable AI solutions for the identified use cases.You collaborate closely with the AI team, other AI consultants, and technical DKV teams to implement these solutions.You use low‑code and no‑code platforms to efficiently deliver AI‑powered applications to the business units.
