In this role, you will take full ownership of technical solution design, working closely with Software and Enterprise Architects to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing platform ecosystems aligned with the organization’s long-term strategy.
What makes you stand out You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Analytics, or Industrial Engineering.You bring strong statistical and process expertise.You have 4–6 years of experience in Inside Sales Operations or Contact Center Analytics.You have expertise in KPI governance, routing and scoring design, end-to-end pipeline management, and pan-European harmonization.You are proficient in Power BI (including DAX, RLS, and data modeling) and Power Query.You are familiar with Genesys Cloud (routing/analytics) and Dynamics 365 (workflows/CRM).You have experience with SQL/Snowflake.You are skilled in lead scoring and qualification, routing efficiency, pipeline conversion, system readiness for campaigns, and review and action management.You excel at cross-functional stakeholder management and communicate clearly and precisely.You drive process harmonization, enablement, and change management.You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities: You take on strategic responsibility for steering and further developing national and international post‑merger integration programs, aligned with group-wide integration and governance standards.You design and define the Target Operating Model (TOM) and develop sustainable, cross‑company integration strategies to ensure a successful organizational merger.You lead complex, multinational PMI projects and coordinate all involved departments, business units, and functional stakeholders.You implement the integration strategy, derive clear recommendations for action, and ensure target achievement together with the business units and top management.You act as an important sparring partner for internal stakeholders on PMI and transformation topics and advise the executive management on integration risks, synergy potentials, and organizational impacts.You further develop PMI concepts, governance structures, methods, tools, and best practices, and establish them across the group.You build a KPI‑based tracking and reporting framework for the post‑merger integration (PMI) process and align it closely with management.
Clinical and market insight: Collect product performance and user feedback for R&D, MACA, and commercial teams to inform life cycle management, next-generation innovations, clinical study designs, and commercial strategies. Share insights, best practice, and data with national and regional MSL networks. Cross-functional collaboration and influence: Partner with internal cross-functional teams, including MACA, R&D, Regulatory, Marketing and national Market Access, to ensure integration of insights into our strategies.
