What makes you stand out You have several years of experience in service or delivery management and in managing external partners, ideally within a Microsoft Cloud, Azure and M365 environment.You bring strong expertise in cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure, M365, as well as hybrid and multi‑cloud architectures.You have a solid understanding of FinOps, cost optimization and license management across the entire service and product lifecycle.You have hands‑on experience in implementing, operating and continuously improving cloud and platform services.You are experienced in incident, problem, change and escalation management and handle complex situations in a structured manner.You convince through strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills when interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.You demonstrate quick comprehension, analytical thinking and a strong solution‑oriented mindset.You work independently and goal‑oriented and bring a high level of communication skills and consulting competence.
In addition, you operate and optimize observability solutions for Azure resources, Kafka, and integration applications, create dashboards following best practices, and implement alerting as well as automated remediation mechanisms. You design and implement operational concepts for Azure resources, Confluent Cloud, and integration projects and consistently apply Infrastructure‑as‑Code, for example using Terraform.

As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities: You are responsible for the operation, continuous development, and hardening of our enterprise‑wide PKI landscape (on‑premises and cloud).You design, implement, and operate Azure‑based PKI services, in particular Microsoft Cloud PKI and Microsoft Intune Certificate Lifecycle Management.You integrate certificate services into modern zero‑trust architectures.You develop and implement secure certificate and key management processes.You support the modernization of our identity and security infrastructure, especially in hybrid Azure environments.You work closely with security and infrastructure teams to establish secure and automated certificate workflows.You actively contribute to IT security projects and create security and architecture concepts.In close collaboration with the Group Information Security Office, you ensure compliance with regulatory and internal security requirements.You drive continuous process optimization, automation, and documentation.
What you can expect You take on the functional and disciplinary responsibility for all FTEs in the Sales Data Hub within the federated data setup, including Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Governance roles and Product Owners Data.You define, design, develop, and operate cloud‑based data products for the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service business units.You are responsible for the methodological integration of data assets and data products.You manage the Sales Data Hub operationally and further develop it as a specialized unit for data‑driven solutions in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.You are responsible for the further development and ongoing maintenance of all sales‑related models based on feedback and requirements from the sales organization.You lead projects related to planning, expanding, and organizing new and existing products in collaboration with the relevant business units and external partners.You assume technical responsibility for data products developed by or for the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service areas within the Data Intelligence & Analytics team.You drive the continuous expansion, professionalization, and organizational development of the Sales Data Hub within the existing governance and organizational framework.
