As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities: You take on strategic responsibility for steering and further developing national and international post‑merger integration programs, aligned with group-wide integration and governance standards.You design and define the Target Operating Model (TOM) and develop sustainable, cross‑company integration strategies to ensure a successful organizational merger.You lead complex, multinational PMI projects and coordinate all involved departments, business units, and functional stakeholders.You implement the integration strategy, derive clear recommendations for action, and ensure target achievement together with the business units and top management.You act as an important sparring partner for internal stakeholders on PMI and transformation topics and advise the executive management on integration risks, synergy potentials, and organizational impacts.You further develop PMI concepts, governance structures, methods, tools, and best practices, and establish them across the group.You build a KPI‑based tracking and reporting framework for the post‑merger integration (PMI) process and align it closely with management.
As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities: You manage, monitor and continuously develop service and performance relationships with external partners and service providers in a cloud environment.You gather, assess and translate business requirements from internal departments into sustainable and scalable cloud services.You continuously optimize existing services and service level agreements, balancing quality, performance and cost efficiency.You support the definition, sourcing and implementation of new service offerings and actively contribute to the selection of suitable service providers.You evaluate new technologies and alternative solutions and provide well‑founded recommendations to meet current and future business requirements.You plan, coordinate and deliver IT and cloud projects end‑to‑end, from conception and implementation through testing, rollout and transition into operations.You perform economic evaluations of cloud and infrastructure costs and actively drive cost optimization initiatives in line with FinOps principles.You design and implement measures to increase efficiency, for example through automation and the use of AI‑based solutions. As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities: You are responsible for leading and developing the Product Development department, including staffing and promoting employees, as well as agreeing on targets for the department, such as personnel, budget, and investment planning, and controlling measures in case of deviations from these targets.Introducing, tracking, and evaluating department-relevant measures are also part of your tasks, as well as identifying and implementing necessary structural changes within the department and in collaboration with other departments and areas of DKV.You are responsible for developing and implementing strategies for creating and maintaining complex system architectures in the customer-centric web environment, as well as further developing customer-centric web technologies by evaluating and designing sophisticated solution architectures and ensuring availability and security in collaboration with other departments and areas of DKV.You are responsible for implementing and operating applications to defined SLAs at efficient costs, advising on architecture and design of the system network, as well as ensuring the logical integrity and scalability of systems and teams.Additionally, you ensure effective collaboration with other departments and areas of DKV along the value chain, as well as uniform product delivery in close cooperation with the Framework Development department.Using agile methods such as SCRUM, Kanban for IT, Servant Leadership, etc., is not a problem for you, nor is using future-proof cloud technology and phasing out legacy software towards a robust, modular, service-oriented software architecture.You maintain the scalability of the department and are a pioneer and shaper of change.
