Und wir suchen ab sofort einen echten Tool Rebel, der uns als Werkscontroller (m/w/d) voller Begeisterung und Enthusiasmus dabei unterstützt, dass Wera weiter nachhaltig und erfolgreich wächst.Du übernimmst die eigenständige Betreuung unserer Fertigungsstandorte in Tschechien und Polen und fungierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für werksbezogene Controlling-ThemenDabei analysierst Du die Wirtschaftlichkeit entlang der Produktionsprozesse und entwickelst Maßnahmen zur nachhaltigen OptimierungAußerdem bringst Du Dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung des Berichtswesens ein und unterstützt beim Aufbau eines modernen ManagementinformationssystemsZudem wirkst Du bei der Budgeterstellung der Standorte mit und verantwortest Kalkulations- und Bewertungsgrundlagen inklusive der Ableitung von Kalkulationssätzen und -zuschlägenNicht zuletzt arbeitest Du in vielfältigen Projekten mit – von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen über die Ermittlung von Verrechnungspreisen bis hin zu SonderauswertungenDu verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Controlling, Finanzwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
